This includes safety from violence, bullying, harassment, discrimination for students and staff. I support high health and safety standards in our workplace and communities (mental health supports, transportation, walking routes, emergency procedures etc). 
• ~EQUITABLE~ learning environments and policies where all students and staff, no matter their abilities, culture, race, socio-economic status, language, gender identity, or sexual orientation are welcome and supported;
• ​~ENGAGING~ meaningful learning that engages students and teachers, and builds positive relationships within the school system and in the community.
